KINGS OF ARMENIA. Tigranes VI, first reign, circa 60-62. Chalkous (Bronze, 15 mm, 1.74 g, 1 h), Artagigarta (?), first series, before 60. Draped bust of Tigranes VI to right, wearing five-pointed tiara decorated with a star and tied with a diadem. Rev. BAΣIΛEΩ[Σ] - TIΓPANO[Y] Palm frond. Kovacs 197. Very rare. Minor areas of weakness, otherwise, very fine.
